Complete Exterior Renovation in Chester County, PA
Project Overview
Duke Roofing & Renovations recently completed a full exterior renovation for a residential property in Chester County, Pennsylvania, transforming an aging stucco home into a durable, maintenance-free showpiece. The homeowners wanted to eliminate moisture issues common with stucco and upgrade to long-lasting materials that blend modern style with traditional craftsmanship.
Our team removed the original stucco façade, installed Viwinco energy-efficient windows, wrapped the home in James Hardie Cement Board Siding, and accented it with Azek trim for a crisp, finished look. We also built a custom front porch with an overhanging eave and standing-seam metal roof, giving the home a distinctive architectural upgrade.
To complete the project, we installed AB Martin Snap-Lock metal roofing on the back porch areas and replaced the main roof with CertainTeed Belmont Lifetime Architectural Shingles, a premium, slate-inspired product known for its upscale appearance and exceptional protection.
Scope of Work
Removed Existing Stucco – Safely stripped all stucco material to address hidden moisture and prepare for a new weather-resistant barrier.
Installed Viwinco Windows & Trim Package – Upgraded every opening with Viwinco high-performance vinyl windows, sealed and trimmed for superior insulation and aesthetics.
James Hardie Cement Board Siding with Azek Trim – Applied fiber-cement siding in a durable, fade-resistant finish complemented by precision-cut Azek PVC trim.
Custom Front Porch Build – Constructed a new front porch overhanging eave for architectural depth and installed a Standing-Seam Metal Roof in a sleek matte finish.
AB Martin Snap-Lock Panels – Rear Porch Roofs – Added maintenance-free metal roofing to rear porch sections for consistent design and weatherproofing.
Main Roof Replacement – Installed CertainTeed Belmont Lifetime Shingles, offering dimensional texture, wind resistance, and long-term warranty protection.
New Soffits, Capping & Seamless Gutters – Finished the system with ventilated soffits, aluminum capping, and 6K seamless gutters for complete water management.
